Emmbi Polyarns is coming out with an initial public offering, IPO of 9,574,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% Book Built Issue. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 40/- at lower level and Rs 45/- at upper level for equity share of Rs 10/-.
Emmbi Polyarns Limited is engaged in the manufacture and sale of FIBC (Jumbo Bags) and Woven Sacks and various woven polymer based products like Container Liners, Protective irrigation system, Canal Liners, Flexi Tanks, Car covers etc. Emmbi Polyarns is one of the well established brands in the field of woven polyethylene and polypropylene product manufacturing industry. Company's manufacturing facility is located at Silvassa.
The issue opens on February 01, 2010, and closes for subscription on February 03, 2010. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE). The book running lead managers of the issue is Keynote Corporate Services Ltd and Datamatics Financial Services Ltd is the registrar.
