One97 Communications Ltd is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of Rs. 120 Crore. The price band for the issue has not been fixed yet.

The issue opens on Dec 01, 2010, and closes for subscription on Dec 06, 2010. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
